We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, destination link, creative instructions, brand colors, logos, photos, and other uploaded materials.

When you pay, the payment provider processes payment details. Scan & Share receives transaction and order information needed to confirm and fulfill the purchase, but does not ask you to send card details directly.

Information is used to generate previews and QR codes, validate destination links, create and fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent misuse, maintain service reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Editing data may be stored on your device. When you create a public preview link, the current draft and embedded uploads are stored so anyone with that unguessable link can view the preview. Do not share the link with people who should not see the draft.

Information may be processed by hosting, database, payment, and service-operation providers solely as needed to run Scan & Share. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Personal information is not sold for money. This statement does not restrict disclosures you direct, such as sending a public preview link to a client.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and legal recordkeeping requirements. Browser storage can be cleared through your browser settings.

Scan & Share is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised effective date.
