Terms of Service

You must provide accurate order and contact information. Prices and package contents shown at checkout apply when you place the order. Payment is due through the checkout shown before production begins.

Monthly Content is a recurring subscription until canceled through the payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund completed work.

You confirm that you own, license, or have permission to use every logo, image, video, name, message, and destination link you submit. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, safety, and availability of your destination.

You may not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or abusive content. zunigascanz may refuse or cancel work that creates legal, safety, or platform risk.

Package descriptions define the included deliverables. Creative choices may vary across formats. Requests outside the purchased scope may require a separate quote or additional purchase.

You are responsible for reviewing names, prices, dates, links, QR destinations, and other supplied facts before approving or publishing a deliverable.

You keep ownership of materials you supply. zunigascanz retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, systems, and production methods. After full payment, you may use the final delivered creative for your lawful personal or business purposes.

Drafts, rejected concepts, editing tools, and source systems are not transferred unless agreed separately in writing. Copyright and other intellectual-property laws protect original site content and production assets.

A QR code directs scanners to the destination you provide; it does not host that destination. Link changes, expired pages, device settings, print quality, internet access, and third-party outages can affect scanning or access.

Payments and linked destinations may be handled by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.

Services are provided with reasonable care, but specific marketing results, audience response, uninterrupted access, or compatibility with every camera and printing method are not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Updated terms apply prospectively from their posted effective date. Material changes do not alter an already-paid order without agreement.
